All our picnics come with a picnic blanket ( yours) , and all necessary utensils to enjoy a unique dining experience. Each of our picnics also includes a wide selection of fresh and local food all prepared by our team , so we guarantee we won’t leave youfeeling hungry .

How do I order?


Just connect to our website and enter the section picnic menus, where we detail our main offerings. Select the picnic that you like and tell us what day, what time and where you want it delivered.

You only have to contact us through and we’ll work with you to make it happen!  After placing an order on our website you will receive an automatic email confirmation .

Where and when do you deliver? 

Our normal delivery time is between 12:00 and 19:00 every day. Our delivery points are:

Ciudadela Park

Delivery will be made at the entrance of Ciudadela Park located at the Arco de Triunfo. The exact address is Passeig de Pujades nº8, 08003 Barcelona and GPS coordinates 41º23’18.5”N2º10’59.3”E

Port Olimpic

Delivery will be made in front of the Casino de Barcelona, ​​on Calle De La Marina Nº 15, 08015 Barcelona GPS 41°23’11.9″N 2°11’52.4″E

SantSebastia Beach

The delivery will be at Plaça del Mar GPS 41 ° 22’28.2 “N 2 ° 11’21.2”

If we are not at the delivery point when the picnic arrives, what happens?

We call on the phone provided and follow the instructions provided by the customer. If you do not answer the phone within 10 minutes we will continue with the other deliveries.If we have to send the order to another address we will charge the amount to the costumer. Another option is to pick up the order from the offices of Barcelona picnic.

Can I change the delivery point and time when the order has been made?

Yes, you can change the address and time of delivery until 19:00 the day before of the delivery date. You can do it by email or by phone.

What if I change my plans?

We understand that things come up and plans sometimes change. However, because all of our picnics are made to order, we do require 24-hours cancellation notice to provide a full refund. With less than 24-hours notice, we can issue a 50% refund or reschedule your picnic at no additional charge.

Alergies ordietary restrictions?

No problem! Just leave a comment on the order page about any allergies or dietary restrictions. If we can’t accommodate your request for whatever reason, we’ll let you know and offer a refund or propose a different basket of food (whichever you prefer). It’s also worth mentioning that each of our picnics includes a wide selection of market-fresh foods, so we guarantee we won’t leave you feeling hungry.

Regular Assembly 

We prepare the entire picnic in a red and white tablecloth and when the client arrives we depart and is the client that do the disassemble, as all the gadgets are only one use.

What is the VIP assembly?

We prepare  the picnic in a big white cotton tablecloth with some cushions, a picnic hamper, an ice bucket (if you buy white wine or cava) and when the client arrives we depart and in one hour we come back and we do the disassemble.
